“I love that I have been given the opportunity to make a difference in someone’s life, no matter how small. I want to support people to connect with their local communities, help restore their self-belief and gain the skills they need to succeed in recovery. I see my role as giving people the tools they need to do this. Above all I want to give people hope, hope that things can change for the better no matter what their circumstances.”

Alison is passionate about animal welfare and rescue. She has been a vegetarian for over 27 years! She loves dogs and has a Boston Terrier named Indie who she loves to take for walks. Alison loves spending time with my husband, daughter and family, reading, watching films and going on holiday.
