Naomi is Head of Operations at Supporting Lives and Charter Recovery Housing, where she is responsible for ensuring that recovery and supported accommodation services are safe, high quality, person-centred and trauma-informed. She provides strategic leadership across service delivery, staff performance, housing standards, risk management and organisational development. Naomi also develops and implements operational plans that support the organisations’ mission, values, service model and strategic objectives, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are delivered across all services.
“I’m extremely passionate about what I do. I’ve been in recovery for over a decade, I want to make the world a better place for as many people as possible. I want to stop the cycle of homelessness and support people to get into recovery so they can build bridges with their family, build networks with friends, develop confidence and the skills to return to work or education and achieve their full potential.”
Outside of work, Naomi loves spending her annual leave on holidays, exploring new places, and visiting theme parks and water parks with her son. She also loves the sunshine.
