Naomi has extensive experience of working with individuals experiencing substance use and homelessness within recovery services in the North East. She is responsible for the development of Charter’s recovery accommodation across Northumberland, Gateshead and South Tyneside. Naomi leads on the delivery of psychosocial interventions specifically designed to sustain our residents’ tenancies, develop their independent living skills and promote activities to support their physical and mental wellbeing.
“I’m extremely passionate about what I do. I’ve been in recovery for a decade, I want to make the world a better place for as many people as possible. I want to stop the cycle of homelessness and support people to get into recovery so they can build bridges with their family, build networks with friends, develop confidence and the skills to return to work or education and achieve their full potential.”
Outside of work Naomi loves spending her annual leave on holidays, exploring new places, theme parks and water parks with her son. She loves the sunshine.
